Shipping
Delivery is to curbside or driveway only.
Delivery date on the order is an ESTIMATED date, shipping company will call before delivery to schedule a delivery date, no weekend delivery.
Please provide an good valid phone # to reach you as delivery agent will need to call you to arrange delivery day.
Please make sure someone is available when you set an appointment, extra charge for re-delivery.

Delivery
At the time of delivery if you see any damage market on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery by calling, texting and emailing us.
If damage is big and it has went through the packing and destroyed the item, you can refuse delivery.
Failure to follow the delivery terms mentioned here might result in refusing your request for replacement or refund.
Returns
All return must be within 30 days from delivery day.
Returned item must be in its original packaging with all prices and hardware.
Returns are subject to shipping cost both ways even if item is purchased with free shipping + possible restocking fee upto %20 depending on item and condition and zip code.
