Shipping & Returns

it is Strongly recommended to read our policy if you are placing an order with us.

Please email your Phone number to us when placing an order even if you have input it in your order.

make sure you measure the space where the furniture is going to be placed and check the measurement of the furniture.

for orders over 100 LBS if we do not have your phone number we can not deliver you order, thus delivery could be delayed until we get your phone number.

Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only, buyer should be responsible for receiving the package and take it in side their home or up a building. inside home delivery is available for extra charge.

Processing time for order is 2 to 5 business days, this time does not include the shipping time.

Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery Date, and estimated window of time will be set for delivery.

If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, or customer request to cancel the order after order is shipped. Order will be treated as a returned order. in which the return policy applies as states here below.

shipping only to the 48 contiguous states. We regret we cannot be shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.


Return Policy:

Buyer returns should be postmarked within 15 days from the day the buyer received the package.

Item must be in its original packaging, otherwise return will be denied.

buyers should cover the cost of return shipping plus restocking fees (up to 20%) plus the original shipping cost even if the item was purchased with Free shipping or promotional shipping rate the actual shipping cost will apply.

In rare cases where an item is damaged or defective, it is Very important to notate any damage on the bill of lading or Delivery receipt when you sign at the time of delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged.

All damages should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

we will then ask you for clear pictures of the damaged item, and based on the damage either we will send parts or offer a discount or whole item replacement.


Important Note:

Customers sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged.
please note that replacements or refunds can be denied if the customer fails to notify us of defective or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
Failure to follow return procedure for the damaged item may result in a charge for the free replacement item.
we do not include warranty alone with orders placed with us, unless customer would like to add a warrant for extra charge, items does not include warranty.
